Mr. P Hampaiah

Mr. P Hampaiah, is a graduate in mechanical engineering and a post-graduate in heat power engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka. After finishing his post-graduation in engineering, he joined Canara Bank, PSU, as a specialist officer, Technical Field Officer for handling of project appraisals, TEV studies, Restructuring, Loan syndication etc. He worked for 32+ years in Canara Bank, at various capacities from Technical Officer to Assistant General Manager, wherein he handled project appraisals, TEV, Restructuring, Resolution Framework, Loan Syndication, Viability Studies, Structured Financial Modelling etc. To his credit, he handled projects pertains to various sectors like steel, power, textiles, ports, roads, real estate, educational institutions etc., of various sizes. He has also expertise in credit appraisal & processing of proposals of large industries, as he was headed mid corporate branches. He Joined IARPL on 24.11.25 as a Vice President-TEV, handling of TEV.

In overall, he has expertise in credit appraisal, TEV, Viability Studies, restructuring, resolution framework, DPR preparation and well versed with preparation of Financial Modelling.
