With over 25 years of experience across financial services and technology, Mr. Santosh has played a significant role in the establishment and technology-led growth of Infomerics. He has been closely involved in developing the organisation’s technology infrastructure, software systems, rating processes, and compliance framework.

He leads initiatives across IT infrastructure, software development, application management, database administration, cybersecurity, automation, and technology-driven process transformation. He has been instrumental in transforming the credit rating process from a manual exercise into a more automated and technology-enabled system, improving efficiency, scalability, and process consistency.

His expertise also includes software requirement analysis, business logic and implementation, database design and maintenance, system development, financial data analysis, and sector-wise quantitative and qualitative analysis supporting credit rating activities across Corporate, Banking, MSME, SME, and SSI segments.

Mr. Santosh has extensive experience in CRA registration requirements of SEBI, RBI, and NSIC, and works closely with internal functions to support regulatory adherence, compliance processes, and organisational governance.
